I have gathered a unique combination of skills and understandings to support you and those you love through both the ordinary and extraordinary challenges of life.
What inspires me most is witnessing individuals, families and groups stepping into more authentic and connected ways of relating and being.
Working from the Gestalt approach, I am able to help you understand how you have made meaning out of your early life experiences. From these meanings or stories, each of us develops habits of relating that may not always serve us. I will assist you to become aware of some of these fixed patterns, so that you can be more present in the here and now and enjoy more satisfying relationships.
